Thesis statement : Hoax is increasingly widespread, dangerous and cause misunderstandings

          What do you think after hearing the word hoax? A hoax is an opinion, a hoax which is deliberately exaggerated so it looks as if the information is true. At present, Hoax has been rampant and increasingly widespread even the hoax is also not uncommon to endanger many people and cause misunderstanding. Hoax has 3 things that are very dangerous, including the disadvantaged community, the emergence of disputes between groups and which is very dangerous to cause psychological trauma within.

             The first case of the spread of hoaxes is also detrimental to many circles. For example, If there is hoax news about the danger of one particular food brand spreading. This will definitely hurt the brand's food producers because the public already believes the hoax and will not buy the food mentioned in the fake news. Of course this will make income for the food brand company dropped dramatically.

          The second is the spread of hoaxes which result in disputes between certain groups. For example, if hoax news about an organization's ugliness spreads that it was deliberately made to raise the name of another organization to be good. This will certainly lead to disputes between some groups, anxiety and others.

          In addition to that, the effect that is no less dangerous than before is that hoaxes can cause psychological trauma to humans. This is evidenced by the existence of excessive fear and anxiety from news that is not yet known the truth. For example, a hoax about a dangerous disease that is easily transmitted and able to kill in the near future has entered Indonesia.

         In conclusion, be careful about receiving news. because it could be that you enjoy lying news that turns out to be dangerous for yourself psychologically. For that reason, before we read further, it is better to find out where the source is and to better understand whether the news makes sense. This will be the right way to ward off hoax news.
