LINGUISTIC MORPHOLOGY MANTUUUUL

Hai sobat manis blogger.

Ternyataaaaaa....
Ilmu Linguistik dibagi menjadi dua bagian yaitu:
  • PURE LINGUISTICS (Linguistik Umum)
  • APPLIED LINGUISTICS (Linguistik Terapan)
Kali ini kita bahas cabang pertama dulu ya sobat blogger.

Ilmu linguistik umum juga memiliki sub cabang yang terdiri dari:
  1. Phonetics
  2. Phonology
  3. Morphology
  4. Syntax
  5. Lexicology
  6. Semantic
Nah kira-kira sobat tertariknya dibagian mana nih?
Kalau saya sendiri tertarik di bagian Morphology. Mau tahu kenapa?

MORPOLOGI

Linguistic: Morphology Penjelasan Beserta Contohnya Dalam Bahasa Inggris

Definisi Morpologi

Misalnya :
  • Morfem bebas - "saya" , "buku" , dsb.
  • Morfem terikat - "ber" , "kan-" , "me-" , "juang" , "henti" , "gaul" , dsb.

  • Bapak wartawan                          bapak//wartawan
  • Ibu guru                                       ibu//guru
3. Morfem Bermakna Leksikal dan Morfem Tak Bermakna Leksikal

Morfem Bermakna Leksikal adalah mofem yang secara inheren memiliki makna pada dirinya sendiri tanpa perlu berproses dengan morfem lain. Sedangkan morfem yang tidak bermakna leksikal adalah tidak mempunyai makna apa-apa pada dirinya sendiri.

Misalnya : Morfem bermakna Leksikal
  • Kuda
  • Pergi
  • Merah
Sedangkan morfem tak bermakna leksikal tidak mempunyai makna makna apa-apa pada dirinya sendiri. Morfem ini baru mempunyai makna dalam gabungannya dengan morfem lain dalam suatu proses morfologi.

Misalnya Morfem-morfem Afiks, Seperti :
  • ber-
  • me-
  • ter-
4. Morfem Utuh dan Morfem Terbelah

Morfem utuh merupakan morfem-morfem yang unsur-unsurnya bersambung secara langsung.

Contoh :

  • makan
  • tidur
  • pergi
Morfem terbelah morfem-morfem yang tidak tergantung menjadi satu keutuhan. Morfem-morfem itu terbelah oleh morfem yang lain.

Contoh :

  • kehabisan
  • berlarian
Terdapat imbuhan ke-an atau {ke....an) dan imbuhan ber-an (ber....an}.

Next Contoh :

  • Morfem {gerigi}
  • Gemetar

Contoh :

  • {fut} a {fi:t}

Contoh :

  • Berbaju
  • Menemukan
  • Ditemukan
  • Jawaban
Berdasarkan contoh diatas letak morfem terikat dengan morfem bebas pembubuhan dapat dibagi menjadi empat, yaitu :

  • Pembubuhan depan (prefiks)
  • Pembubuhan tengah (infiks)
  • Pembubuhan Akhir (sufiks)
  • Pembubuhan terbelah (konfiks)
2. Reduplikasi

Reduplikasi adalah pengulangan satuan gramatikal, baik seleruhnya maupun sebagian, baik disertai variasi fonem maupun tidak (Cahyono, 1995:145)

Contoh :
  • Berbulan-bulan
  • Satu-satu
  • Seseorang
  • Compang-camping
  • Sayur-mayur

Contoh : Go - Went , Sing - Sang

Sedikit tambahan penjelasan saya mengenai Morpologi. Jika kita dapat mengkaji lebih baik lagi mengenai Morpologi ini akan berdampak baik dengan kehidupan tentunya. selain kita dapat memilah kata yang tepat baik dan benar kita juga bisa dapat bekerja dibidang penerbitan sebagai editor.

Bagaimana? sudah bertambahkah kertetarikan anda dengan dunia Linguistik?

    4. How to find out morphemes in a sentence?

      Hapus
    5. Finding morpheme is very easy. To identify a morpheme it is necessary to compare the unit of tenses with other forms of word units. A word can be said to be morpheme if the word unit form can be present repeatedly in another form

      Hapus
    6. for example english; Possible and if you give morpheme in front of possible 'im' and possible turn into Impossible.
and In bahasa contohnya; Dua, dalam artian dua ini bisa diartikan jumlah tetapi jika ditambahkan 'ke' didepan dua dan berubah menjadi kedua dan ini sudah berbeda artian yang dimana kedua diartikan sebagai urutan.

      Hapus
    7. Morphology is one of the branches of linguistics that studies the science of the ins and outs of words and changes in meaning while morpheme is the smallest unit of language that has meaning and can even change the meaning of other words.

The words sad, happy, and have fun are two morphemes, namely morphemes which correspond to affixes, morpheme dams are considered to be a form as well as happy and pleasant morphemes consisting of two morphemes. The word happy consists of two morphemes namely happy morphemes as a basis and accepted by happy as morphemes. All related to the form of the word which is the object of a science called morphology.
      In bahasa

Morphemes are divided into independent morphemes into one wholeness. morphemes are divided by other morphemes. For example: {run out} and {run around} there is an affinity or {to .... an} and a pre-affinity or {ber .... an}.

      Hapus
    5. If you ask the benefits of course there are so many benefits. there is no science that is not useful. But, if you use morpheme you will know how to use words correctly because often people make mistakes in interpreting words.

      Hapus
  19. iffa what are the benefits of learning about morphology for you?

    BalasHapus
    Balasan
    1. Oh, there are so many benefits that I get, one of them is that if we can understand this morphology well, we can become an editor in the printing of novels and also we can sort out possible words so far without realizing that we have written wrong and if it is wrong then it has a different meaning.

      Hapus
  20. Can you conclude more specifically, don't just write a long conclusion you don't know

    BalasHapus

      Hapus
    3. Then what? Where is your difficulty?

      Hapus
    4. I think you know, what is the definition of morphology in biology?

      Hapus

Also what are the aims and functions of morphology in linguistics?

      Hapus
    6. I'm just a beginner using sis's blog so I can't change it yet but I will try to change it according to my sister's advice.
After studying morphology, we can add insight knowledge to language users about morphology. Provide understanding of the intricacies of words. knowledge of language users and the use of good and correct language rules.

  26. You should give what is the meaning of allomorph

    BalasHapus
    Balasan
    1. Allomorphs are variations in the form of bound morphemes caused by environmental influences that enter, or it can also be said the name for the shape if the status is known. in other words allomorphs are concrete manifestations (in speech) of a morpheme. so each morpheme must have an allomorph, whether one, two or six.

      Hapus
    2. in formulating this allomorph, we must know in advance what bound morphemes are attached to the basic word.
      Example in Indonesian;
      Ber - berlari
      Men - mencari
      And my opinion the example in English;
      Im - impossible
      Un - Unclear

      Hapus
  27. Hello iffa, your material about morphology is easy for me to understand. But there is one thing i want to ask you, in morphology clarification, you mention gramatical meaning and lexical meaning. Can you give an example of gramatical meaning anda lexical meaning in morphology? Thank u:)

    BalasHapus

    1. Just an example? does it need understanding too? if it is then I will explain it too.

      Hapus
    2. Morpheme Classification • Morpheme Meaning Lexical: morpheme which has meaning in itself without the need to proceed with other morphemes. Morpheme means unlimited number and very productive. For example, {horse}, {go}, {run}, {eat} and {red}. Morphemes like this by itself can be used freely. Based on the meaning
      21. Morpheme classification • Morpheme does not have a lexical meaning: morpheme does not have any meaning in itself. This morpheme has meaning only when combined with other morphemes in a morphological process. Included not lexical morphemes are affixed morphemes such as, {BER}, {MEN}, and {-ter}. Based on the meaning.
how is erni? is it understandable?

      Hapus
    3. Grammatical sentences are sentences whose meanings change because they experience a process of affixing, repetition or compounding that is adjusted according to grammar and is bound by the context of the wearer.

      Examples of Grammatical Sentences

Drinks, drinks, drinkers (grammatical meaning). Example:
      1. The police confiscated several boxes of liquor from inside the store.
      2. Morning, afternoon, evening, his work is just sitting and drinking.
      3. Everyone in this village knows that he is a drinker.

      Hapus
    4. Lexical sentences are sentences whose actual meaning is fixed and not bound by the context of the sentence (standing alone).

      Examples of Lexical Sentences

      1. Every time I wake up, my mother told me to drink a glass of warm water. (drink = lexical meaning)
      2. This weekend we and our family spent time at home. (house = lexical meaning)
      3. since childhood, he has lost the figure of a mother. (mother = lexical meaning)
      4. Look! It was only 8:00 a.m. He had eaten three times. (eating = lexical meaning)

  28. Hallo iffa...
the topic is good, the writing procedures are good, it's just that you need to pay attention to your writing, not all of the students are reading but school children are also reading, so you can pay attention to the grammar you use. so that it is easily understood by all groups.

    BalasHapus
    Balasan
    1. People have repeatedly asked about its benefits. There is nothing that is not useful. but for the benefits of this morphology is so that you all know that often times using words that are not appropriate for this you can correct the errors of words because morphology learns about the ins and outs of words and changes in the meaning of words.

      Hapus
  39. for the last time do you want to learn more about this morphology and continue to study it until you become an expert in morphology?

    BalasHapus
  40. If you are to become an expert, maybe not, but at least by deepening this topic we can correct the words we have been using so far.
